The operating sequence

- 01The brief is structuredOrigin, destination, date, departure window, passengers, baggage and the flexibility the traveller actually permits are recorded in one request.
- 02A person validates the missionThe desk resolves missing constraints and separates firm requirements from preferences before a sourcing partner or operator is asked to price it.
- 03Viable paths are sourcedThe requested charter is the baseline. Nearby airports, a wider time window or a genuine repositioning movement are considered only when the customer has permitted them.
- 04Options are normalizedAircraft, schedule, airports, price basis, cancellation terms, status and the party responsible for contracting are made comparable before presentation.
- 05The chosen option is reconfirmedAvailability and commercial terms are checked again. A quote or estimate is not represented as a booking, and nothing is committed without customer approval.
- 06The disclosed party contractsDuring the pilot, the named fulfillment partner or operator may issue the agreement, receive payment and coordinate the confirmed operation. Those roles are shown before commitment.

Empty legs
A relevant movement, not a discount promise.
An empty leg exists because an aircraft must reposition. Its route and timing belong to that underlying operation and may change if the primary charter changes.
Jetblanc considers one only when its verified movement fits the customer's permitted route and schedule. Otherwise the requested whole-aircraft charter remains the honest comparison.
