THE SHARED DESK

Flight request management for charter teams

One request record gives the team a common starting point, even when the enquiry begins in a chat, a call or a web form.

01

See what needs attention

The desk brings confirmed requests into a shared queue. Staff can update status, set priority and assign an owner. Search helps find a conversation or a brief without treating a traveller’s unverified email address as permission to merge private histories.

02

Keep context with the flight

Each request carries its itinerary, passenger count and baggage details alongside internal notes and follow-up reminders. Written amendments keep a revision history so the team can see which details changed instead of relying on a forwarded screenshot.

03

Give each colleague the right access

A company owner manages the workspace and billing. Administrators and agents work within their assigned company permissions. Verified team members can receive request alerts, and private request links require sign-in. Revoking a member removes their workspace access.

04

Understand your intake

Basic reports show confirmed request volume and sources over a selected period. Owners can export workspace data for their own records. These are operational request counts, not aircraft bookings, charter revenue or a claim that an enquiry converted into a sale.
