WHATSAPP INTAKE

WhatsApp intake for private jet brokers

A flight enquiry rarely arrives as a complete brief. Keep the conversation natural while collecting the details your team needs to start sourcing.

01

From a message to a usable brief

A traveller might start with “Bangkok to Singapore next Tuesday.” Desk asks for missing information: airports, travel date, departure preference, passenger count and baggage. Multi-leg enquiries stay together. The traveller sees a written summary and confirms it before a flight request is created.

02

Your team stays in control

Staff can open the conversation, take over and reply from the desk. Supported messages sent from the WhatsApp Business app also pause the agent. An updated itinerary needs a clear handover; a previous confirmation does not silently authorize a different flight.

03

Your firm’s identity and number

Subscriber conversations use the firm’s own connected business number and approved company information. They are not passed to Jetblanc’s charter brokerage. The Business app coexistence option depends on Meta eligibility; API-only numbers have a different setup and offboarding process.

04

A request is the start of the charter process

The workflow prepares an enquiry for your team. Aircraft availability, suitability, operator checks, pricing and booking remain with the charter professionals. Desk does not automatically quote a flight or promise an aircraft.
